[jadmin] jabberd-2.1.5 release

Almost one month passed from lat one, so it's time for
an 2.1.5 release of jabberd2 project.

This release brings the long awaited by distributors dynamically loaded authentication/storage backend modules.
It allows for simplified packaging of jabberd2 - separate packages for every chain-dependant backend.

Build system was reworked and many fixes was applied, so those of you that had problems building 2.1 may try once again.
