[jadmin] stream:features

Hi,

Our users use a custom XMPP client to connect to our Jebberd2 server. This
works perfectly under WinXP...but we have problems when we use it under
Vista.

It seems that our Jabberd2 server does not send the "stream:features"
element during the login process and this is causing issues with our Vista
client. Is this a known bug in Jabberd2?

Does anybody have any ideas that I can try?
