I took down the site last week that contained JCR, and haven't placed it 
back online. If it's for something specific, let me know and I'll place 
the source code on a site that is available.

If you're using JCR for multi-user conferencing, I would suggest looking 
at the "combined" version of MUC & JCR here:
http://download.gna.org/mu-conference/mu-conference_0.7-RC1.tar.gz
