[jadmin] http://www.jabber.org/allservers.xml

Currently in the document root for http://www.jabber.org/ we have a file
called "allservers.xml".

If I recall correctly, that file was formerly used by people who ran
monitoring services for the jabber network. Is anyone still using it? If
not we may delete it when we upgrade www.jabber.org to Drupal (soon!).
