yea, or you can make it:
          freq = yobj.pripingtime*60
          #freq = 5 * 60 #overide to ping time to try and reduce disconnects

but the difference between 4 or 5 minutes probably isn't worth bothering about.

yea, that looks about right.

 - Do you have ~308 users online?
 - (or ~308 pings per user?)
 - Do the pings happen all at the same time?
 - (or is that just because all the users signed in at the same time?)
