Norman,

I am setting this up on a test system so i am not running production yet. I had to solve the time-out first :-).

I have 1 user connected (user1)

Every 5 minutes i get 308 lines of debug for this user. they happen at the same time. (strange is that it is not always 308 i also had 448 and 230 lines per user)

So:
send ('YMSG', 786432, 18, 161, 1, -1047506570) {0: {109: '<user1>'}} 38send ('YMSG', 786432, 18, 161, 1, -1047506570) {0: {109: '<user1>'}} 38
.............
......

I tried with 2 connected users and then i get about 300 (sometimes more sometimes less) lines PER user.

if one debug line means one ping then i send about 600 pings per 5 minutes with 2 connected user to yahoo.

ps. the "freq = yobj.pripingtime*60" works correctly. after testing a little bit longer 5*60 isn't a good value sometimes you receive a timeout.
Regards,
Oliver
