[jadmin] sm restart then c2s reconnect the router continuously

Hi,all
When restart the sm,the c2s will be raise the error
Mon Nov 12 21:16:45 2007 [notice] connection to router closed
Mon Nov 12 21:16:45 2007 [notice] attempting reconnect (3 left)
Mon Nov 12 21:16:47 2007 [notice] attempting connection to router at X.X.X.X, port=YYYY

and the c2s reconnect the router continuously forever.
and then my client can't login to the server ? 

How to resolve the problem?
Your help will be appreciated.
