[jadmin] IM on LAN and WAN (Internal)

HI,
You are gonna install a xmpp/jabber service, not ym or other. You should
install, then, some transports if you might need them.

You're able to use Jabber server 1.x or 2.x or another xmpp server, to
easily solve it. Check out this site[1] and then select the server and
finally read its documentation. You may start with the FAQ's, and then the
server sections and so on.

This is what you can do.
