The guide says:
   ejabberd 2.0.0 beta
   Installation and Operation Guide

Notice the word beta ;)

You can get the code of released versions in the downloads page. But
ejabberd 2.0.0 is still in development. So, the closest thing you can
get is the development version from SVN.
