[jadmin] jabberd and jit in freebsd

Yes ... you are right, I mixed <secret> and <pass> tags. When I fix it
the jit runs, but with some problems ..
It's not possible to stop it with the rc.d script .. i have to kill it
everytime when I want to stop it.
It doesn't show the users in my icq contact list ... so I decide to move
on jabber-pyicq-transport-0.8a.
