What are you exactly doing? Why is this record for
_xmpp-server._tcp.jabber.HOST when you connect to jabber.ORG?

(While as said you never need to make records for other servers, just
for your own server.)

I get the impression, that you are trying to set-up the server in a very
strange way ...
