You don't need to add SRV records on your side to connect to jabber.org
(or at least you shouldn't). Yes, jabber.org has its own SRV records,
but those should be enough for your server to discover how to connect to
jabber.org without special configuration on your side that hardcodes any
information about jabber.org.
