[jadmin] jabberd14-1.6.1.1 make error (asn1) hints please

Thanks it seems the 1.4 branch of gnutls is not supported and Jabberd
uses either the 1.6 or 2.0 version code for gnutls.

I think we are heading to towards some major fun here and since this
might break a few other functional things here and i think i will have
to stop.
