[jadmin] Link Local Messaging (Jabber)

I already install jabber on my debian PC at office.
Well, in office there are about 60 employees; my problem right now is 
that ieach employee must add other 59 employees username.
Do you know how to make it automatically show all available (offline or 
online) username ? that already registered in jabber server.

I already tried Bonjour http://www.apple.com/macosx/features/bonjour/ 
with Pidgin, but the problem is i can not send file.. that's why i 
thinking again about my jabber server... because it can send message and 
file, but the cons is must add buddy one by one..
