[jadmin] Messages from unknown sender

Thomas,
  Thank you for your reply.  How do I respond to these help request since I don't see the JID of the actual user?  The messages appear to be coming from the server address itself and if I reply to the message it just echoes back to me.  How do I see the JID of the sender?  Sorry to sound like such a noobe.

You receive messages directed to the server itself.
If you do not want to get them, remove your JID from this ACL.
