[jadmin] Yahoo transport

[chris johnston]

simply use the following under linux to start up the module in a script.

cd /opt/gatewaty/yahoo
python yahoo.py &

As for configuration that is fairly straight forward and resembles the
PyMSN & PyAIMt transports
