A bunch of large jabber services are pushing to prefer encrypted-only
s2s connections by January 9, 2009 (the 10th anniversary of Jeremie
Miller's original jabberd release). So hopefully more services will
start to support TLS for s2s by then. :)

They are pretty good at responding to XMPP-related queries that come in
via the standard xmpp at domain.tld address.
