[jadmin] Need a muc plugin.

Hi.
I'm needing a MUC plugin for jabberd2 (though I'm willing to install another 
[userless] jabber server just for the MUC). Currently I have mu-conference 
0.6 + jcr but I can't figure out how to lock it down and... I'm not that 
skilled with c++ to fix it.

What I need (besides the basic MUC functionality):
1) be able to specify administrator users (who cannot be denied entry to any 
room and can kick/ban/etc)
2) force the room(s) to be non-anonymous
3) log activity in every room
4) only a few users / users from a few domains can create rooms

I think that is too specific to exist out of the box. Some of that 
functionality could be achieved with a jabber bot, but I think that for 1 and 
4 I might have to modify an open source server... Any suggestion? I think I'm 
leaning towards palaver (I like python) but if there is one closer to what I 
need, I'd like to know.
