I use mu-conference (without jcr, IIRC). Below is a link to the source
and attached is a spec file (if you are using RPMs, if not, it will at
least give you an idea):

As far as I know, it can do as you require.
If you run into problems, let me know, I might be able to dig deeper.
FYI, I'm using Jabberd2.1.x
