[jadmin] extended stanza addressing support?

hi - i've got jabberd14 (1.6.1.1) running for internal-only IM and MUC, 
and it's working well. however, we need the ability to write to multiple 
recipients simultaneously and have the recipients be able to respond to 
everyone, just like email cc and "reply all". it appears that XEP-0033 
(extended stanza addressing) fits the bill, and according to the 
jabberd14 description at jabber.org <http://www.jabber.org/node/338> 
XEP-0033 is supported. however, when i do service discovery i don't get 
"<feature var='http://jabber.org/protocol/address'/>" as XEP-0033 says i 
should, and i can't find anything in the stock config file about it. is 
XEP-0033 supported? if so, what do i need to do to use it?
