A message means an invitation ; and you don't invite people whenever you
want to send them a message: you register with them, and once it's done,
you know about their presence and use it to know you can send a message.

I would like to be able to know that this presence includes the
possibility of a voip call, and make it possible to call the contact
right away, without the need for him/her to reply to yet another "Do you
