[Juser] What should happend inside a Client with negative priority?

Well the routing of the message is something the server implementation
does. So if you receive it on the session with negative priority (and
the message was addressed to your JID without a resource) there has been
a fault at your server.

Maybe the server is using old software that predates the rule for
handling negative priority. Especially I know of jabberd up to version
1.4.3 that is not aware of handling negative priority. All negative
priorities are handled as priority "0" in that old version.

So if you want to continue studying the behaviour, you should now
contact your server administrator and ask him which software he is using.
