You can't. They are encrypted. You need to talk to an admin.

As I understand it, the .jml files are are encrypted because some 
customers of Jabber Inc. had concerns about locally archived messages 
being opened by unauthorized users. If you are an authorized user, 
contact your local Jabber admin for help. If you are not an authorized 
user, sorry. :)
