[Juser] Contacts window size and placement

Is there a way (registry, config file, etc.) to specify the size and placement of Jabber's contact list window?  I do not like the default size and placement.  Each day when I open Jabber, it's the same drill:  Move the window then make it bigger.  All suggestions appreciated.
