[Members] MEETING NOTICE: Board and council elections

The 2006-2007 XMPP Council and XSF Board of Directors were elected in
September 2006. Therefore we have to select the next Board and Council.

If you are interested in running for Board (business stuff) or Council
(technical stuff) for the 2007-2008 term, please create an appropriate wiki
page by September 7th and link it from here:

Proxy voting will start on September 8 and we will hold the meeting to elect
the board and council on September 27.
