Corollary of which is:
"XML stanzas sent to two different entities may be arbitrarily reordered."
This might be interesting for people developing game-like scenarios where
you expect messages to be delivered in some kind of order even when
they're to different parties. But it seems to me that most
implementations wouldn't reorder in this scenario anyway.
