[Standards-JIG] proto-JEP: File Transfer Preview

Rather than including everything in band I would prefer to see it streamed across the bytestream before the actual data. Then you could do things like send a few seconds of a movie you're about to send or a full screen snapshot of the first page of a word document. These use cases may be overcomplicated for what you're trying to do at the moment, but they seem useful to me.

Ok, I'll add the type="" (I was already about to add it, but finally I didn't because it was useless in my implementation, and does even complicate the
code)
I'll also say one can send gif images, there are no real reason to not support that.
About the stanza size, like it has been said, It's not bigger than a vcard.
And it works fine with current implementations But I'll add anyway a service discovery MUST
I have already implemented that in the Kopete developpment version, and it works fine.
Is there anything else I need to change ?
Someone told me that namespaces should be in jabber.org (or xmpp.org), is that true ?
