[Standards-JIG] "Traffic Light System" JEP

Dear everyone,

During MUC sessions, consider using a traffic light system with red, yellow,
white, and green cards :

1. Red cards mean 'Stop, I don't understand/comply'.
2. Yellow cards mean ' Please slow down'.
3. White cards mean 'I would like to speak'.
4. Green cards are used for voting.

or

someone tasks/requests information from the MUC participants and they use
colours to "vote":

1. Red cards mean 'No, I don't agree'.
2. Yellow cards mean ' Not sure'.
3. White cards mean 'No opinion, or not my task'.
4. Green cards mean 'Yes, agree"
5. Blue cards mean "I am working on the task"
6. Black cards mean "I cannot fulfill the task"

The moderator needs to make a decision depending on the "votings". The MUC
participant and their votes may also be differently weighted.

Is there already a JEP which covers this scenario? JEP-4 has a reference to
"voting" but is too generic.

Thanks
Michael
