Hi,

  Is there any reason this xep was deferred or was it only due to 
inactivity ?
Jean-Louis Seguineau brought my attention to this xep a while back, and 
it looks promising as a file transfer mechanism.
Essentially thinking of leveraging this xep (with additional/modified 
semantics if they dont fall within the context of this xep) for file 
transfer to a muc where the webdav server is a bit tightly coupled to 
the muc component.
