[Standards-JIG] DEFERRED: XEP-0171 (Language Translation)

I had posted quite a few comments against this XEP a few months back,
but never got any responses.
When I looked through it (which I did in detail) and applied some use
cases to it, there were a number of areas in which it was incomplete.

We would like to move it back to experimental. We have a working
implementation and their are several others that are work on ones as
well.
Just because the XEP isn't changing doesn't mean there is a lack of
interest.
