[Standards-JIG] JEP-0186 (Invisible) question

Peter,

JEP 186 looks like it's a nice and simple approach to invisibility.
Perhaps this is obvious, but should the JEP clarify how invisibility
applies across sessions? If invisibility mode is currently active and
the user goes offline, there are two choices:

 1) Invisibility mode is reset for the next time they login.
 2) Invisibility mode is still active the next time they log in.

I'd assume option 1 is what's intended, but just wanted to clarify.
