Wildfire 3.0 has an implementation of JEP-60 v1.8, which is the latest
version of the spec.

Ejabberd also has an implementation of JEP-60, but i think it is v1.7.

Idavoll is a standalone implementation of JEP-60, which i also think is
not up to date with 1.8 yet.
