I would like to know what the Jabber Council decision is concerning http://www.jabber.org/jeps/inbox/idlestreams.html Postponing the issue to an RFC rewrite apparently is no solution: As far as I can see at least jabber.org is still running a software version that slashes idle streams with potential data loss.
