[Standards-JIG] retracting JEP-0119?

It seems to me that JEP-0119 (Extended Presence Protocol Suite) is not
really needed anymore, especially since we will probably be defining
more "extended presence" formats in the future (e.g., for gaming, web
surfing, chatroom participation, and video) and which formats a given
implementation supports is really up to the developers. So I think it's
probably appropriate to retract JEP-0119. Objections?
