[Standards-JIG] Game session update?

Hello,

I'm trying to write down a new version of the game sessions XEP. It more
or less reflects (I hope so) the discussion that took part here.

However, I would use some advice, I have few parts marked as TODO
(Mostly things about discovering something and so on).

Any feedback welcome.

Sorry for it being still in the JEP format, I need to move it over and
modify it to be a XEP.
