XEP-0027  Current Jabber OpenPGP Usage
XEP-0048  Bookmark Storage
XEP-0049  Private XML Storage
XEP-0054  vcard-temp
XEP-0055  Jabber Search
XEP-0090  Entity Time
XEP-0091  Delayed Delivery
XEP-0092  Software Version
XEP-0114  Jabber Component Protocol
XEP-0130  Waiting Lists
XEP-0153  vCard-Based Avatars
XEP-0145  Annotations

IMHO it would be good to discuss upgrading more of these to Standards
Track. The following seem especially worthy:

- Last Activity
- Private XML Storage and the specs that depend on it
- Entity Time
- Delayed Delivery
- Software Version
- Component Protocol

I think that PASS and Message Events should be deprecated.

Search and vcard-temp are borderline Standards-Track I think.

I don't have strong feelings about the others right now.
