Version 1.5 of XEP-0016 (Privacy Lists) has been released.

Abstract: The main body of this document has been copied without modification from Section 10 of RFC 3921.

Changelog: Modified message stanza handling (server should return <service-unavailable/> error) and added implementation note to maintain consistency with XEP-0191. error. (psa)
