0. Roll Call

All members of the 2006-2007 Council in attendance, quorum achieved.

1. Selection of Council Chair for 2006-2007.

Peter Saint-Andre was the consensus choice.

2. JEP-0016: Privacy Lists

Re-release as Active + Historical with contents of RFC 3921, Section 10?

Council consensus that Historical designation is unnecessary, but that
re-publishing JEP-0016 as all and only Section 10 of RFC 3921 is a good
idea.

3. Next meeting.

To be held October 11.
