Feedback is welcome.

Note that the rfc3920bis and rfc3921bis documents on that site are not
quite finished -- I still need to work on those this afternoon (e.g.,
some of the examples need to be fixed and I need to re-read the entire
documents). But preliminary feedback is welcome on those, too.
