This could be used to mark messages... but still there's no way to let 
the server know to keep messages. And the messages should be stored on 
server, f.e. because one may be always dnd in work, and always online at 
home later - and such not important message should be sent as soon as 
person becomes online at home.

Great, so one part of the problem is solved. I'll check the AMP XEP later.
