[Standards-JIG] Proposed XMPP Extension: File Sharing

The XMPP Extensions Editor has received a proposal for a new XEP.

Title: File Sharing

Abstract: While a protocol has been described for initiating a file transfer from one user to another, there is not yet a protocol allowing for one user to designate a set of files as available for retrieval by other users of their choosing. This protocol fills that functionality.

The XMPP Council will decide within 7 days (or at its next meeting) whether to accept this proposal as an official XEP.
