[Standards-JIG] Friendly Resource Names

I was wondering if this issue has been addressed yet. With resource
binding servers have the ability to modify resource identifiers,
appending unique ID's, generating completely unique ID's, etc. However,
clients should still be able to specify some sort of friendly name for
the resource for display to users. I think this best fits into a
presence extension of some sort. Does this exist in a XEP somewhere?
