[Standards-JIG] JEP "quiet period"

Last Thursday, the Jabber Software Foundation held its annual meeting:

In the meeting, the members of the JSF approved a proposal to change the
branding of our specification series from "Jabber Enhancement Proposals"
to "XMPP Extension Protocols":

http://www.jabber.org/jsf/branding-proposal.html

In order to implement this change, the JEP Editor will refrain from
publishing new proposals or updating existing specifications for a week
or two. I will send out an announcement when the required modifications
have been made.
