[Standards] Jingle Bootstrapping

Hi,
I apologise if this has been answered before, I could not find it in the
  archives.

From the bootstrapping XEP-0208, its clear how the initiator can
receive data from the respondent. What I dont understand is, how the
negotiation for the reverse direction takes place. Is it through a
content-add? ie, the respondent, after definitively accepting the
session request (Example 3), sends a content-add to the initiator with
his portnumber and IP? And then the initiator accepts it (or not).

Thanks
-Jerry
