Yea maybe, but we need to find a reason for it first, certainly in this 
case its not needed as in normal real world use people are just going to 
have it globally on or off, they arnt going to be bothered with enabling 
and disabling this tiny little feature for individual contacts, are 
there any other more actually credible use cases for it that we can 
think of?
