Not ready. Peter to modify text about managing pubsub whitelists, per
post to standards@ list. This spec should be voted on at the next
Council meeting.

3. XEP-0163: PEP

Approve version 1.1pre6?

Vote needed from Chris. He will read the spec and then vote on the list
or at the next meeting.

4. XEP-0071: XHTML-IM

Approve version 1.3pre1?

All present Council members in favor. At Kev's request, before
publication Peter to clarify one point about linking.

5. XEP-0100: Gateway Interactions

Approve version 1.1pre2?
