[Standards] XEP-0118: music rating?

FYI from the SIMPLE WG list, a suggestion to include music rating in the
XEP-0118 format. Not a bad idea, IMHO...

In the XMPP format that is the <source/> element.

I think you should be able to find all that information at the URI about
the track. Why include all that metadata in presence?
