Hi, I'm new in this ml, and I'm sorry if I'll use some bad English.

In the http://www.xmpp.org/extensions/xep-0045.html#continue section is
explined how to convert an one-to-one chat in a MUC, but I don't understand
how and if a client can know what is the message thread.

I've not find the <thread/> tag in the XEP, and I have re-check the RFC 3921,
but the <thread/> tag is defined in the RFC 3921 only in the message stanzas,
and the MUC XEP use the presence stanzas for this task.

I don't know if I've done some mistake, if it is the case I'm sorry and I
would appreciate if you will say what I've wrong, but if it isn't in the
standard, is, IMHO, a big lack in the 0045 XEP.
