[Standards] txtvers in XEP-0174 (Link-local)

Hello everyone,
  I was looking at the section of XEP-0174 about "DNS Records" and 
noticed that the TXT fields in the example are ordered alphabetically.

This should not be a problem except for the 'txtvers' field that should 
be the first to appear in the record, as required in section "6.7 
Version Tag" of DNS-SD[1].
