Version 0.9 of XEP-0084 (User Avatar) has been released.

Abstract: This document defines an XMPP protocol extension for exchanging user avatars.

Changelog: Updated to reflect pubsub and PEP changes; added implementation notes about multiple resources and avatar synchronization; modified experimental namespaces to conform to XEP-0053. (psa)
